Whatsup with Plot 7 veerapandi nagar ponmar vengadamangalam

Im a real estate investor who have been investing in areas in Chennai and came across recently the hype in Ponmar area.
I wanted to invest in Veerapandi nagar and came across a few good plots. A couple that interested me were
plot 24, 25 and Plot 7,8 on the 50 feet road in the entrance of the layout.
These were good options until i ran into the arrogance of the owners  - The Abrahams
Some conditions imposed in buying these plots

All Transaction cost must be in PALE color not the DARK color money
The owner will not give any originals of the transaction from LEO to them and will only give photo copy
So when you go to the market to sell the property the mother deed of conveyance from LEO to the FIRST owner will never be there, the market for such properties is bad
Also the attitude on top of it by the seller was crazy - HE CALLED to say my price is 33L a ground and on April 1st it will be 34L and on MAY 1st it will be 35L and SOME IDIOT will come to buy
Looks like some idiot did buy the property plot no 7 with these terms
So if there is a trader or a vyabari trying to buy plot no 8 and flip in veerapandi nagar please forget it as im going to do every thing possible to blog and write about this in as many forums as possible to make sure that this plot gets the real story behind it,
if there is TRULY an idiot who still wants to buy inspite of you wont be getting the originals plus pay a premium and register it for 1400rs a sqft where GV is 700, then please mr idiot go for it, i cannot help you
